
Meknes| Dar Jamai Palace
The remains of the vizier, located north of El Hedime up the Dar Jamai Palace was built in the nineteenth century by the vizier Jamaica. This house is typical of homes of the gentry Morocco at that time.Since 1920, this beautiful monument houses a museum of the traditions of Morocco. In the visit that we can appreciate the luxury enjoyed by the vizier. Indeed, the apartments have been restored vizier. In this museum, you can also admire Meknassi crafts: ceramics, rugs, embroidery, sculpture and jewelry. The artistic tradition of the city is highlighted in this dream setting.
